Bio-Frontiers: The Jurisdictions for the Age of Biology
For founders that want to accelerate, not wait.
In the past, we published The Ultimate Guide to Biomedical Innovation in Próspera. It outlined how special jurisdictions could accelerate biotech, by moving faster than legacy systems ever could.
That guide laid out the model. Bio-Frontiers is the test deployment.
Bio-Frontiers is not a conference. Not a networking event. Not a “gathering of minds.” It is a testbed for the frontiers of humanity, time spent here is time spent making history.
Bio-Frontiers is a challenge, show up and deploy.
Step 1: Request Access – Tell us what you’re building or how you’ll contribute.
Step 2: Get reviewed – Not for your résumé, but for signal.
Step 3: Receive onboarding – Logistics, housing, wallet, protocol design.
Step 4: Deploy – Join the network. Launch your pilot. Track your activity through Infinita Wallet.
Bio-Frontiers Month
September 1–30, 2025 – Roatán, Honduras
Apply if you’re building what comes next.
Terence Kealey argues: Biology won’t scale through the state. It needs markets, founders, and real-world testbeds
The Big Picture: Why This Matters
Biotech isn’t stalled because of available science & technology.
It’s stalled because the systems meant to govern it are withholding life-saving innovation from patients- designed for safety in theory, but in practice introducing a bureaucratic maze.
We’re entering a century where biology becomes programmable. Where iteration is cheap and safe. Yet bureaucrats demand paperwork, not immutable code. That’s a civilizational bottleneck.
To build for the age of biology, we need a parallel protocol, a safe harbor for renegade scientists, DIY biohackers and serious founders building the next large company.
That’s why Bio-Frontiers exists. In the real world. Not in whitepapers.
Nathan Cheng - We spend 3% of GDP on defense. And 0.01% on solving death. Who thinks that’s sane?
What Bio-Frontiers Actually Is
Bio-Frontiers is a month-long experiment in applied biotech acceleration. It’s embedded in a functioning special economic zone (SEZ) with its own regulatory infrastructure.
It takes place in the Próspera Zone, Honduras - a jurisdiction designed to test new governance systems in the real world. Here, clinical pilots don’t take years to approve. Data is stored on-chain so it can’t be faked. Patient consent is auditable. Trial design can be iterated like product design. And new therapies can launch if the scientists closest to the field agree, not bureaucrats in far away offices.
During September 2025, we’ll host founders, scientists, legal engineers, and investors who are actively deploying technologies across six strategic domains:
Longevity jurisdictions: SEZs, Right-to-Try laws, programmable regulation
Governance of medical innovation: legal APIs, consent flows, insurance design
Science & startups: IP, funding, infrastructure for deployment
Human enhancement: from neurotech to implants to cognition
Exit-from-healthcare protocols: AI diagnostics, patient-owned data, decentralized care
Incentive engineering: tokenized data flows, experimental feedback loops
Where biotech plans leave the slides and run in the real world.
What We’re Looking For
Bio-Frontiers is not theoretical. You can launch real pilots, real experiments, and real systems - on-site, in-network, and under an aligned jurisdiction.
Here’s what participants are working on:
Gene & cell therapy deployment, like Unlimited Bio, Muse Bio & Minicircle
Human enhancement prototypes, including cybernetic implants and neurotech trials by contributors like Symbiont Labs
Consent and governance infrastructure, including programmable legal contracts, tokenized patient agreements, and dynamic trial design like ResearchHub
AI health copilots, diagnostic assistants that reduce latency between symptoms and care, like Rejuve AI
Longevity clinics with participatory data feedback, where patients contribute and shape protocols, like Optispan or Everest Health
Incentivized wellness systems, redeemable for treatments, protocols, and more
What we don’t know or can articulate yet, but what we mean
This is full-stack biotech. Science, law, user experience, and incentive design - all connected and live.
And if you have a protocol, thesis, or frontier experiment to run, you can apply to lead your own track.
When biotech stops waiting: founders, patients, protocols, all in the same room.
Who This Is For
Bio-Frontiers is not designed to explain biotech. It’s for people already deploying it, and looking for a place to go faster.
We’re looking for:
Founders already building frontier health technologies
Scientists ready to trial, not theorize
Legal hackers with governance primitives to test
Investors with conviction beyond decks and demo days
Systems thinkers, health rebels, protocol deployers
If you’re reading this and thinking “this is obviously for me” you’re probably right.
