During that time, a sub-movement will gather in Singapore - awaiting Balaji Srinivasan’s annual “Network State Conference” on Oct 3, right after Token49.
While Marina Bay Sands hosts the main stage, Draper Startup House on Ann Siang Road turns into the unofficial clubhouse for the network state crowd.
For two days it will be open for all-day co-working, evening talks, and late-night networking. Less conference, more living room.

To the uninitiated Balaji Srinivasan’s Network State may seem like describing a utopian future. It’s not. It's already already happening. There are real cities with buildings and legal jurisdiction like Próspera, Itana, and Ciudad Morazán. Pop-ups like Ipe City and Edge City are running real-world experiments in new community models.
For this week, Draper House Singapore becomes a temporary node in the network: founders, investors, and scientists sitting side by side, planning what’s next. You’ll hear about governance as a service from Próspera, biotech acceleration with $LIVES from Infinita, and how startup societies founders are navigating this new frontier.
